Is There Still a Lot of Features in the Language?

There's no agreement in the community about w it's ocate break bineries ever or break source code ever. The committee never was able to sort of sort out criteria for making these guns decisions. It shouldn't be a question of whether something could theoretically break. Some of the implementers now kind of have a somewhat vested interest in not making any changes.
