Guessing the Mystery Person

In this chapter, they discuss their guess for who the person is and why. They mention that the person is a big wine guy and has a great mind. They go on to talk about this person's theory on dining and how they prefer to have no more than six people at a table. They also mention their own experience of being in the presence of this person and how they never had more than six guests. They make a comparison between this person's dining style and their own experience with making food.
