i don't agree that it was a coup. I certainly think that, you know, there's evidence the us. Was was playing at a lesse provocative role a in what was going on there. O yut, she has a plan, and sheand, as they end thei phon, they're planning to operationalize it. If i were him, i might want to get it on paper for practical purposes, but something else. And people want respect, maybe especially acutely if they are a declining super power that would like to rescue a former greatness. They should ultimately turn these multilateral trade agreements into instruments for left of centre policy. Because if you don't address those things
