The Differences Between a Traditional Services Business and a $5 Million Agency
I looked at a couple of small technology businesses, a couple of, you know, some agencies and things like that. I talked to the sellers, looked through them and they just didn't do it for me. They're less attractive than a traditional services business where there's also doesn't have the operational leverage in software. We don't gain any leverage from anything really proprietary is sort of much like the HVAC playbook. These are businesses that are so far behind on the everything curve, right?
