The Holy Grail of Form and Function

I love this quote from Frank Lloyd Wright. He says, form follows function. That has been misunderstood. Form and function should be one, joined in a spiritual union. Do you have a story of something really crazy or super awkward that happened during user testing? Sure. One guy who came to a user testing testing was actually trying to get a job with us. So it made for a very awkward session,. But I think that's a brilliant strategy to get inside a company. How else are you going to get a total random stranger to a building or a business without any connections?
