Are You Self Aware?

I think people have to be self aware. That that's my biggest thing, honestly,. im people need to be able to admit that they're wrong. Someone who has self awareness, they're willing to be teachable. They're willing, even if they think they know the answer, to listen to some one that ask questions or good ye ato. If you got a guy that can do that, that guy will excel quickly inside of a team.
