The Importance of Critical Rationalism in Science

The number of good explanations, ones that are hard to vary, known for an excalcandem is always small. Popper said scientists will concentrate on falsifying their theories by which he really meant was fighting counter examples. But there's a deeper reason why he emphasized refutation and falsification than merely that attitude.
