Are There Any Negatives to Drinking Coffee?
Research suggests that moderate coffee consumption, anywhere between two to five cups a day, could be more healthful than harmful. There's been suggestion that it can lower the likelihood of typeto diabetes, prevent heart disease, liver cancer, parkinson's disease and depression. But on the other hand, are there any negatives to drinking coffee? The primary issue is going to be sleep.
