The Biden administration's thinking on semiconductors has been to build or rebuild American semiconductor manufacturing. The $39 billion in incentives is intended to help companies defray the cost differential and thereby encourage them to build more capacity in the US. Do you think it is likely to succeed in doing that? I hope the answer is yes because I don't think subsidies indefinitely into the future are likely.
