You always want to hire someone with an opposite skill set to you. I had a partner building the corken group for 20 some odd years when i built it, and eventually it became a two billion dollar business. But if i hadn't had isyer caplin as my left brained partner - she was totally left brainin everything she did,. i could have never built that business. For tetats what every business needs: It needs a full set of cards. So if you got half, you get another guy. With the other half, you got beautiful music. And i think if people are self funded, and then they do eventually, you do want to get an investor.
