The Importance of Context Switching Between Projects
The senior engineer or engine manager makes a lot of sense because we've tried a few different patterns for this. There's, yeah, that's not a full time job for an engineer so absolutely. But they're not, I don't think an engineer needs to be that deeply involved in that period. The designer goes off and designs some new mocks and shares it with the engineer then they have like a meeting for half an hour, maybe once a week. If you're fighting, that's a problem.
