ConvertKit's Design System
ConvertKit's new design system is based on Tailwind UI, an open source pre-coded set of page sections that can be used to build a secondary website upon. The team did audit the icons and collect a set of keywords that actually influenced the creation of these icons. Once this was done we started defining the viewport breakpoints right. Optimizing for almost every major breakpoint including the large screens. We are also thinking about using a brand storybook tool like a bookmaker or something like that. This required to do a lot of documentation which we'll probably talk about in a minute. Then the developers have started doing it in our repository with Figma.
