The Importance of Anonymity in Critical Appraisals
If you have a really tight knit team, you would hope that the precedence was already set when everybody joined that team. They are completely free to criticize whatever they need to, whether it turns out to be valid or not. It all depends on, on if they're your real friend or not. I think you can have your friends peer review you. I think that's a really great thing but they have to be a real friend. You have to trust them and they have to tell you when you're going wrong. When we put out a piece of literature, a blog, podcast, a class, whatever, maybe something as big as a book, everybody's name is attached to that
