Urban Malasis
Cities should produce all their energy and recycle all their waste within the city, he says. He also believes that policy malas is a kind of development solely focused on profit or maximizing return. Malasis refers to suburban houses with pitched roofs but probably without chimneys made of brick. They are arranged semi picturesquely, not really on proper streets, but on weird, winding roads.
