The Importance of Tipping

20% tip is industry standard, but for what? That's like for effort put for us. What if the service is you give me an overpriced hot dog from the back? Like that's not 20% worthy. I think like somebody pours like somebody cracks a Bud Light bottle to me. They reached into the refrigerator, cracked a Bud Light and gave it across the table. That to me is worth a dollar max regardless of the price. You tip the same on a bartender twisting a Bud Light cap off. Over tipping, but tipping the same amount just doesn't make it just logically inconsistent. And then that AOV is true. Stupidly high.
