How Whileouts Fits Into the Product?

Whileouts is meant to be really a data telemetry library, but you can also run it in Java. It's built on top of a technology called Apache Data Sketches. So whileouts hooks into these interfaces and enable customers to run like the sketching across the pipelines of Python and data engineering pipeline like in Spark.
