The Role of Kindness in the Classroom
Am, can you talk a bit about the role of kindness? M, in the classroom? Ah, am, everybody walks away from interactions with me feeling kindness and good. I want to make sure that i value their existence, just because they exist. And i tell my students that regularly, a that i'm happy they're there, that i'm proud of them. Am, can't expect undergraduates to be publishing. That's bananas. But we can help them see how as citizens, as friends, as members of communities, as people with families, they bring knowledge and they bring passion.
