The Importance of Prophecy

Prophecy has to do with things that are down the road. It's a lot easier to argue about when the rapture is going to take place, or depending on your system, if the rapture will take place. The point of prophecies was not so that we could figure it all out. It was to help us know how to live in a state of readiness and preparation now.
