E-Commerce - What's the Difference?

I have been in the industry of e-commerce for quite a few years. I guess maybe more than 18 years. The business is quite complex in this industry. Let's say if you run an online bookstore, you have to do a lot of promotions. Maybe so each promotion can be slightly different. So and the business rules will change if you are targeting some specific group of users. It's quite a timey call scenario for us. Yeah, the example was in Dorsley.
