The bottom line is really what we're looking at. We want to make sure that everything else is profitable with all the other fixed expenses. And then from a sales standpoint, it's more focused on like the top line number. Sometimes it's operational, but a lot of times it's also sales. Maybe they're giving too many discounts. They're binding a job that either should be bound or they're binding it too low.
