After the community shield this year, I realized my depression was back really bad again. And I've been drinking a little bit as well. The people who have depression in the UK only 9% of males seek treatment. But sometimes you feel drained like talking about it. But you need to go and seek some help. It's not all meant to be what we expect it to be anyway.
