I doubt that the proportion of minority or people of color would be the same as it would be if they were more open and more actively pursuing talent. I'm satisfiedthat i'm not the only one who had this burden, had this disappointment, and their life placed on their laps. Not only god e and cleared, not the first cause. You took pictures of the orchestra personnal in the past ten years, with the top six of seven orchestras. It seems to me, as an outsider, like playing in clubs with jas bands would be more fun than playing in orchestra.
