Is It a Bias in Decision Making?
Good decision makers still have an ego. And ten en theiros with themselves. Sois not hatey. They're the most humble people around. There is a certain amount of arrogance. Is that actually an unessential component of great decision makers? Like they've put in the work, they've done the work, and they've been able to learn where they they've got extreme confidence. The implicity have probably part of the cons ation thatther they're not afraid to try something. It's really about the work coming out well rather than them looking good.
