When you feel overwhelmed, what's happening is you're feeling threatened by something. Confusion is a threat because it stops us from understanding the way forward. We worry our little brain that if we take on too much, then all the other stuff's not going to happen. And so confusion can be a biggie. It's the straw that breaks the camel's back type stuff just too much.
