The Court of Public Opinion: Ariza's Acquittal

Sally Kohn: Even if it's just a preponderance of evidence reading about the police and prosecutors' side, which is there's no there there, I'd like to think that he gets acquitted of the case. But anyway, it reminded me of the Duke La Crosse case where because the people involved who are the accused are of a class that has had their way for too long. That does not mean that you throw due process out and convict somebody in the court of public opinion just because he fits the profile.
