How Richard's Company Approached the Capability Building Angle for New Technologies
We've seen over the last five years of real growth in the capability, the capacity, the intellectual value of technology. And we've got around 30% of our warehouses are today. That's around four times the market average. But even that, we've got a long runway of opportunity ahead of us. What we love about automation is it makes everybody's job easier. It gives us higher capacity. It's safer. The quality is better and the efficiency. We also see technology and bouncing. So we've got technology now for greenfield and to went fully automated. And we have technology for brownfield.
