Should You Measure the Team?

You can measure team and project measurements with the tools that te get in provides, but that the individuals should probably not be measured. I've often thought it would be interesting to have a feature where only one person could see their individual statistics. But i think what happens when you were to, say, allow individual stats to be broadcast out to everybody, you would start getting a competition or a rivalry between developers. You don't want people saying, well, he's got more, you know, he's, he'sGot more pull requests, or he's done more code reviews than me.
