The Impact of Your Interventions on the End Metric
There is a mismatch between the impact that your interventions are having and what alande chooses to report on. You want to be able to draw that line, through data, between the intervention that you are doing,. or the activity tha that you are sparking off, and the eventual metric at the end of it. And i can't quite get my head round why you'd want to artificially inflate something just to rack up numbers, not artificially inflatetings. But tets e, it's a consideration. I've tried to put strategies in the book which might indicate ways that you can push back politely without losing your job.
