The Replacement of a Salesperson

I don't know if you can replace certain elements of selling that require emotional intelligence or requires judgment as we have you talked about. I'd lump that in there with emotional intelligence, I guess. Some investors is like, yeah, let's just get rid of salespeople. But the self aware buyer knows they need to, right? They need somebody from the outside who, who, yeah, can come and ask the questions that they don't think to ask themselves because they won't make a good decision.
