Ebsteine's Anomaly and the Tricuspbout Replacement

The patient has a prostetic tricuspe bout, which is an apical displacement of the septal tricuspid leaflet. She first presented about nine years ago when she was found to have the ebsteine's anomaly and underwent a tricuspbout replacement. And so you could have decreased cartic output. You can get right sided heart failure,. as well as maybe even septal bowing into the l v, impeding l v inflow. But i will say that, contemporary management is in favor of tracose, valid repair with corn alveolar reconstruction whenever possible but there are worse outcomes down the road.
