The Evolution of the Sled Dog, Bolto

Bolto was a sled dog who died in 1933. His genome is much more rich and diverse than those of today's dogs. Modern dogs that are bred for work like sledding over being bred for aesthetics are much more genetically similar to Bolto. But since Bolto's time, breeders have added in more speed.
