Introduction
This is part of a history-heavy mini-series that I wanted to create for you in the hope of rediscovering the significance of these stately homes and what came with them. My aim was to make these episodes as accessible as possible for those of you who are less bothered about the past. So if you keep in mind how this way of life really has shaped the culture that we know of today in the UK, then I reckon it'll be more engaging for you because personally throughout this mini-series I've had a bit of a realization about how the structures in place throughout the last few centuries really do connect to the present day.
