Is Your Product Operations Team Ready?

It's difficult to say when ha company is ready for a product top function. In our case, it's much easier to justify the investment on a product operations area if you are in a big product ligt company. But i do believe that even small companies should also have some sort of product operation team. Instead of having a team of ten for the tops, like we have now, it's important to have at least one person thinking about these things.
