The Importance of Educating Elders

Do all of your elders understand what a church is by the time they're elders? Yeah, I think so. So we are particularly teaching through my book on the church right now. Every elders meeting for about 10 minutes in an elders meeting just to try to bring up questions that maybe this particular brother hadn't thought of. And you start with the gospel because the church flows out naturally from the gospel that you need to instruct.
