Shenzhen Young is a creative meditation teacher, which I really like. And he tends to teach this very complex form of a pastana that's highly informed by Zen. We would just say that we look at the experience of what it's like to be you in the world as a as an undifferentiated lump and learn to do that in a phenomenological way.
