The thing that really matters for companies is not so much the strategic it's like the tactics and I think what I've realized over the course of like the big bloat of technology companies is you have a lot of people who know how to do strategy memos but maybe lost the ability to execute on them. So prioritization matter across the entire growth stack of a company from A2B to C2B or even going public.
