I think when a company is trying that hard to keep you from getting information as a journalist, they're more determined to go with the information. I use encrypted emails sometimes and a lot of it's also about meeting sources where they're at because sources have different strategies for staying safe. They'll stay away from her or even if she breaks stories. It certainly didn't make me want to report on them less.
