I think the treaty is great, but I, the treaty was not supposed to be. If Russia invades Poland or Lithuania, that should be treated by America as an attack on America and therefore would call on all of its defense capability. We've never actually got right that. That's not what the treaty says. The good thing is the Russians are not sufficiently threatening to make that really a huge problem because they can't threaten European NATO.
