There's a great property business is building health centers. Getting you the district value around from the NHS who comes and says yes 500 grand a rent on this small commercial building. And then you sell it on a yield basis to Like virgin or whoever so he's because I read about virgin care or virgin health care that That's a non-for-profit organization Is that right? Well, that's what that's what I heard is that not trueI'll never reckon the trading part of these zoos is non- for profit but they're paying half a million pound a year rent on a building that if it was on the open market would probably only be 50 grand a year rent.
