How Are Junior Lawyers Learning Faster?
How are junior lawyers going to learn the job if computers doing all the work they used to do? Yes, it's a really good point. What we're seeing is that lawyers working with luminants are learning faster because they are still looking at those documents but they understand them in context. And so actually their learning is building up faster, just as the machine is learning faster. I think bright young lawyers don't need to say the same thing a thousand times over to learn how to recognize it.
