I do about a 20 to 25 minute workout on it. Nonstop. I one exercise of the next nonstop, which is great because my mind, I could never sit on a spinning bike and spend for 30 minutes. Or on a treadmill, I can't do that kind of stuff. So I'll warm up on the rower. I'll do three and you can do different exercises on the rowers. Get over, get on the total gym, go through and you figure in 20 minutes, if I'm doing an exercise for what 30 or 40 seconds, that's a lot of different exercises. And there's no boredom in the fact that I'm just going to do one
