Breen: My team started challenging some of the status flow, some of the mental models wev had in the business. We didn't do that in isolation, by the way, we were working directly with them and keeping them apprized of everything we're doing. Other times we might look to enter new market, or look at a product line and try and understand what were going to ultimately do with that. You can be no match for 20 people working together. That's the general philosophy of it.
