The Digital Asset Market Cap Is a Twelfth of a Trillion Dollars
The digital asset market cap is a trillion dollars. 50 million Americans own digital assets, and a lot of those people are retail investors. Listing of digital assets on exchanges does not turn that product into a security under the Howie test. The CFTC has identified Bitcoin, ether and tether as commodities under their jurisdiction.
