Is There a Refinancing of Businesses That Got Closed?

A million businesses that were closed are close forever, they're not reopening. The likelihood of those people recovering and reopening is something that i think should be addressed at whoever becomes the next president. There should be a fuck and programme to literally go down the line of all the places th closed and figure out some sort of refinancing of those businesses to get em open again.
