The Lawsuit Alleges That Two of His Supervisors Knew He Was From an Oppressed Cast

An engineer on that team alleges that two of his supervisors who are from dominant cast discriminated against him because they knew he was from an oppressed cast. In November 2016, the alleged victim went to Cisco's HR department and asked if this is discrimination. According to the lawsuit, John Doe's case is handled by a Cisco HR rep named Brenda Davis. She gets a confession from one of John Doe's supervisors. Allegedly, the supervisor confesses to revealing information that outed the engineer as a dollat.
