When people suddenly don't have a car, they can't get to work. Maybe they lose their job and it's just this whole spiral cycle. I talked with a couple of people who'd had their cars repossessed that essentially just had to count it as a loss. They didn't have the money to get the car back. So they were going to have to just move on with their lives in any way they can.
