Grantham husman's five earnings related metrics are actually priced to sales, not price to earnings. He knows the whole history of it, and has correlated negatively 90 % with the s and p 500. When its way high, the subsequent returns are waighed low. To at least some extent, you have to believe it's different this time and it never is. We're animals speculative mania.
