The Story of Garum
The story of garam for us is the story of doma. Once we found our ingredient base to cook with, we also started noticing that these winters were very long. So i think what you could say that garum was was a the beginning of what we know to day is a fish sauce. And at one point, i stumble across some old literature about a roman fish sauce, called garum, as we call it in the beginning. Er and e, that was the beginning. How we er investigated the garums.
