Converging on a Single Core Banking System
I think it can imperative for us to understand the local markets in which we operate, but at the same time, to do it in a way that's not so customized that we lose any benefits of scale. We're in the process now of converging onto a single core banking system, for example. If it's not, then unless you're just a huge global bank, which we're not, we're a mid-sized global bank, you can't do it economically. So that challenge of remaining very local, responding to local customer needs and idiosyncrasies, but having a global level of scale and your underlying infrastructure is a fascinating challenge.
