The Joint Venture Company's Option to Buy the Land
The joint venture company doesn't automatically own the land itself, but it owns a lot of the potential profits to be accrued from this land. If it doesn't fancy a parcel of land, because it's completely toxic and no one's going to go there yet, it can cherry pick essentially. So what's happening here is lots of opportunities simply to acquire interest and flip them on and take the money out. But we also know that they won't, of course, these guys are property developers. They're not really people who operate ports or keys. What they will do is they will then subcontract it and just take the money.
